KICK BOXING Learn Kickboxing for strength and Fitness. Grading system available, become a black belt!
FIGHT TRAINING - For our fighters or for any one looking for the edge in their fitness. You will learn the techniques the fighters use and the get the fitness the fighters have.
GRUNT STRENGTH - If you want REAL FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH then you need to Grunt. Utilizing kettle bells, dumbbells, sandbags and other traditional training implements you will build warrior strength.
LEFT Ladies Edge First Training: 60 minutes of me time. For ladies only combining elements of all our highly successful programs, Left Training will give you the results you want in a female only environment.
JSD - Junior Self Defence: Incorporating all the elements of Common Sense Self Defence specifically aimed at the junior martial artist.
