TIMETABLE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

KICK BOXING - Learn Kickboxing from Pan Pacific Champions and multiple black belt holders. Great for self-defence, fitness and conditioning.

KIDS KICK BOXING/KIDS FIT - Incorporates all the elements of Common Sense Self Defence and fitness by learning age appropriate kicking and punching techniques specifically aimed at the junior martial artist (5 years to 12 years).

LADIES FITNESS - Ladies: 30 minutes of “me” time. For ladies only combining elements of all our highly successful programs, LEFT class will give you the results you want in a female only environment.

MMA – Mixed Martial Arts. In this class you will get all the techniques of ground work and striking as well as the amazing fitness that goes with it.

STEADY STEPS - Aimed at anyone who is looking to get started on their fitness at a beginner’s level, continuing to maintaining and increasing strength, flexibility and fitness.

BOOTCAMP – Outdoor innovative functional training which works your cardio, core and physical fitness like no other.

CRAZY CONDITIONING/X FACTOR – Innovative style training. Strength & sports conditioning Boot Camp style! Advanced to beginners and intermediates.

HYPERTROPHY PLUS - A circuit session designed for building lean muscle and to increase your metabolism.

KETTLE BELLS – This workout will develop your all-important body core, you’ll also burn fat at an amazing rate and exercise your cardio-vascular system.

TABATA - The Tabata class is an intense and exciting class which is designed to burn fat and tone up while giving you a full body workout. We train for 20 secs on and 10 secs rest for the entire session! Hectic!
