At Edge 1st we are one of few Muay Thai Gyms on the Central Coast that are registered with World Muay Thai Council, Oceania Federation of Muay Thai Amateurs.
MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts )
Cage Fighting is fast becoming the most popular form of competition fighting styles. Capturing the best of stand up styles such as Muay Thai and the ground work of Ju Jitsu, Edge 1st Mixed Martial Arts at Erina is the fastest way to get into the cage and start winning. Our Instructor, Steve Cooke, is a multiple title holding kickboxing and cage fighter who is continuing to compete in 2010.
