Who Else Wants A Fitness Class That's Just For The Ladies

Why Ladies Only ? At Edge 1st Fitness we understand that for some ladies the whole gym environment can be a little confronting, especially if it is your first time training or you have been out for a while. That is why we created our Ladies Only Training Class.


Say NO to BORING, SAME, SAME workouts

Ladies Edge First Training (L.E.F.T) is a class where you can get back into shape without the stress of a conventional gym. Because you are working with other ladies, you get the social benefits as well, many of our ladies became good friends, you also get to workout with woman that have similar interests and goals so you push each other to achieve more. The workouts consist of a mix of bodyweight exercise, boxing, kickboxing, weights, swiss ball, stretch band and just about every other form of equipment or exercise you can think of.

At 45 minutes the classes are easy to fit into a busy schedule and ladies with small children can take advantage of the relaxation lounge with kids dvds to keep them occupied while mum works out. Mum can see them and they can see Mum.
